Please enter the authorization code provided by the Ministère. You received this code via either mail or e-mail. Answer the other two questions, as required.

Authorization code	Your authorization code is sent to you by e-mail or regular mail. In the case of a paper request for admission to French courses, the authorization code is indicated in the confirmation of admission that you received in the mail. If you registered for the Online Appointment Service through a partner, your authorization code appears on the confirmation of registration to the Service that you received by e-mail
